The project has a daily output of 24 tons of linen. It is designed to use a washer tunnel solution to save operating costs but the use of large equipment is restricted by the site condition.

During the design process, it was decided through communication between various professionals to avoid overhead pipelines and not use suspended ceilings for large equipment. This not only ensures the cleanliness of the public area, but also ensures the placement of washing tunnel and overhead maintenance space.

There is a height difference of nearly one meter between the uniform room and back of house corridor.

Our designers worked with civil engineering and electrical engineering and optimized zoning routes to design a clothes pick-up and distribution window in the high area, and a tilted electric clothes rack in the low area, which met the usage needs. It also meets the need for hanging clothes in low areas and solves the problem of height difference.

The uniform laundry room uses ELECTROLUX high-quality washing and drying machines and a 24-hour self-service uniform room, which can realize 24-hour self-service clothes pickup and return functions, improving the quality of hotel supporting equipment and reduce the number of service personnel to save operating costs.

This project serves the hotel linens in Changbai Mountain International Tourism Resort. Washing machines, washing machines, presses, dryers, ironing and folding machines all use high-quality imported models, and professional installation ensures that the equipment is stable and durable.

Since the soil key of the project has been completed before the design, the lowest point is less than 2300mm (the highest equipment is nearly 2100mm), and there is no sunken slab reserved for drainage pipes. The equipment layout and design should be combined with the site conditions to solve the drainage problem;

Due to floor height restrictions, steam parallel pipelines can only go under the suspended ceiling. After multi-faceted communication in the early design and strict on-site supervision of the construction progress, the construction quality still ensures standardized installation, straight pipelines, metal fixed brackets, and clear markings.
