The Middle House is located in the cultural and geographical center of Shanghai, close to the historic Dazhongli, which means moderation. A+C is responsible for the kitchen design of the hotel including one of the famous restaurants, Café Grey Deluxe.

In response to the owner and interior designer requirement, we choose a calm and elegant black and stainless-steel integrated stove, which highlights the style and is practical.

The entire open kitchen is transparent and bright, and the hood exhaust is quiet, allowing the chef to have friendly communication with restaurant guests.

Kaohsiung Marriott Hotel stands next to the Heart of Love River and is a charming new landmark in the city. The hotel has 700 guest rooms, a variety of restaurants, and a refined and elegant environment.

We design the kitchen of the all-day dining restaurant on the 9th floor, the Chinese restaurant on the 10th floor, the Hong Kong-style restaurant and banquet hall on the 8th floor, and the executive lounge on the 31st floor. 

Since the overall design requires a larger and higher sense of space in the open kitchen, our designer has corresponding strict requirements on the civil mechanical and electrical exhaust points of the hood. Combined with the orange-yellow style of the restaurant area, similar red and stainless-steel colors are used for the color of the integrated stove, and black is used for the heating lamp and hot plate. Let diners increase their appetite through color matching.

Jumeirah Guangzhou is located in Guangzhou, the world-famous Oriental Port City and one of the ports on the Maritime Silk Road. It has a view of the bustling Zhujiang New City and the Huachenghui Garden.

Each hotel room is located above the 50th floor. Its interior design is by KCA International, a design company for the Burj Al Arab Jumeirah Hotel in Dubai.

A+C is responsible for the kitchen design of the lobby bar on the 1st floor, the banquet hall and bar (BAR ON SIX) on the 6th floor, Chinese restaurant, French restaurant, Japanese restaurant, all-day dining restaurant and executive lounge.

Niushou Mountain is located in Jiangning District, a scenic spot in the southern suburbs of Nanjing City. It is named after the two protruding peaks on the top of the mountain that face each other and resemble the two horns of a bull’s head.

The hotel provides 381 guest rooms, equipped with a lobby bar for comfortable relaxation, an exquisite and creative Qingya Chinese restaurant, a fresh and natural vegetarian restaurant, an all-day dining restaurant that combines Chinese and Western cuisine, and the vegetarian Ninglan vegetarian restaurant.
