SAIL is the hotel’s ‘Neighborhood Cafe’, rich in Cantonese flavor both in its design and food menu. Glancing around the space, diners will be enchanted by historic and cultural charms that include banyan trees and a tribute to dragon boat racing. The menu offers both Chinese and Western cuisine and local specialties include Dragon Boat Rice, a signature Liede dish.
