At RWS Singapore, Chef Pairet will debut two exciting dining concepts: Sundae Royale, an innovative ice cream parlour featuring freshly churned soft-serve and sorbets with avant-garde flavour pairings; and Moutarde, a French kitchen specializing in grilled meats, a rotating carvery station, and seasonal French classics.
